| We have found a potential fault with a miniscule number of products in the 201 Power Shower range following internal water leaks. This can cause overheating of the internal microswitch causing it to char. | ||

| The products affected would have been purchased through B&Q, MFI, Builders or Plumbers Merchants. They can be identified by the following Product names:
All 201 power shower products purchased from 1st April 2000 to 20th December 2003 may be at risk. | ||
| What to do. | | |
| 1. The unit should NOT be dismantled or removed from the wall and sent back to Newteam. 2. If the shower is leaking from the unit on the wall please stop using immediately. Ensure that you isolate it from the electricity supply as a safety precaution. The switch to do this is normally in the airing cupboard. 3. Contact Free phone number 0800 107 0052 and ask for Customer Services Department to arrange for one of our engineers to visit your home and carry out a free, full safety check.
